Frequently asked questions

Does TradingRx give buy or sell signals?

No. TradingRx does not predict markets, suggest entries or promise profit. It measures and helps you control risk, discipline and trading behavior.

Does the 1-month Pro trial cost anything or need a card?

No. New accounts get Pro automatically for one month with no payment details. When it ends the account returns to Free with all data kept. If you subscribe during the trial, the paid period starts when the trial ends.

Do you support MT4 or MT5?

Statement upload supports both MT4 and MT5 (HTML or XLSX). Auto-sync and the RX-Aegis EA currently support MetaTrader 5.

Is sharing my investor password safe?

The investor password is read-only: it can view history but cannot place or close trades or withdraw funds. TradingRx encrypts it with AES-256-GCM and never asks for your master password.

How often is data updated?

With auto-sync, actively traded accounts update about every 30 minutes, and you can trigger a sync at any time. In-the-moment alerts during trading are the RX-Aegis EA's job.

Does it work for prop firm accounts (FTMO, The5ers…)?

Yes. The Trading Plan has prop-firm templates, and Prop Firm Mode (Pro) tracks daily, total and trailing drawdown, profit target and minimum trading days, with a Telegram alert before you hit a limit.

Is the diagnosis AI?

The diagnosis is done by a rule engine: deterministic rules you can verify on each trade. There is no black box guessing at your behavior.

How do payment and refunds work?

Payment is in VND through PayOS (VietQR/bank transfer), monthly or yearly, with no auto-renewal. If you are not happy with your first purchase, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
