Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TradingRx, a web application available at tradingrx.net (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What TradingRx is — and is not

TradingRx is a trading-journal and behavior-analytics tool. It analyzes the trading history you provide (uploaded MetaTrader statements or read-only account sync) and surfaces behavioral patterns such as overtrading, missing stop-losses, or oversized risk, together with discipline checklists and progress tracking.

• TradingRx does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• TradingRx does not sell trading signals, strategies, or profit predictions.
• TradingRx does not execute trades, hold customer funds, or act as a broker.
• The RX-Aegis companion tool only observes activity and shows warnings that support your own trading plan; it cannot guarantee profit or prevent losses.

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk. All trading decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a Google account and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription (billed monthly or yearly). Payments are handled by third-party payment processors: Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record for international purchases) and PayOS (for domestic purchases in Vietnam). We never receive or store your card details.

• Subscriptions purchased through Lemon Squeezy renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases made through PayOS are one-time payments that extend your access by the purchased period and do not renew automatically.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an already-paid period.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us at admin@tradingrx.net within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund. Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge provided the Service was not substantially used in that period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload data you do not have the right to use, or another person's account credentials;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to access other users' data;
• resell or white-label the Service without our written permission;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Your data

Trading history and statements you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process them in order to operate the Service for you. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, diagnostic models, and content, is owned by TradingRx and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Diagnostic scores and warnings are heuristic aids, not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingRx is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections 7–9 survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
